The Pier Paolo Grasso Riva Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is a 100% Nebbiolo red wine from the Langhe appellation in Piedmont, Italy. The grapes are sourced from a south/west-facing vineyard with medium-textured limestone and clay soils that contribute to the wine's distinctive character.

The wine is aged in large 10,000-liter steel tanks, preserving its fresh, fruit-forward profile. It presents a clear garnet color with a nose of fresh mint, eucalyptus, star anise, and spicy nutmeg, accompanied by small red fruits, graphite, and cocoa. The palate is vibrant and flavorful with excellent acidity and a long, spicy finish. Best served at 16–18°C in a glass with a round, wide bowl. Pairs well with veal roasts, grilled red meat, and long-aged cheeses.
