Artisan Bread Sandwich Platter Chicken & Roast Beef

This artisan bread sandwich platter is a Costco catering option designed for parties and gatherings. The platter includes 20 sandwiches featuring roasted chicken, salami, and roast beef, topped with slow-roasted tomatoes, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, and garlic herb aioli. Each platter is arranged in a double layer and comes with a container of Grillo's pickle chips for added crunch and acidity.

The sandwiches are made with artisan bread and offer a variety of protein options to accommodate different preferences. The roast beef and cheddar sandwiches provide a pork-free alternative. This platter feeds 18-20 people and requires advance ordering at least 24 hours ahead through the Costco Deli by filling out an in-store order form. The platter is best served fresh on the day of pickup to maintain optimal bread texture and meat quality.
