Domaine de l'Aigle Chardonnay Limoux is a French white wine produced by Gérard Bertrand, one of the Languedoc's most celebrated winemakers. The estate is located near the village of Roquetaillade, close to Limoux in the foothills of the Pyrenees, with vines planted between 250 and 500 metres above sea level — making it one of the highest-altitude vineyards in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude and the Languedoc region overall.

This single-estate Chardonnay from the Limoux AOC appellation benefits from the cool mountain climate and exceptional terroir, which yields a wine with remarkable freshness and complexity. The elevation and proximity to the Pyrenees moderate temperatures throughout the growing season, preserving natural acidity and aromatic intensity. The wine earned recognition in Vivino's 2020 Wine Style Awards for Languedoc-Roussillon White. It carries 14% alcohol by volume and contains sulfites.

Pairs well with vegetarian dishes, poultry, pasta, lean fish, and as an aperitif. Each bottle is 750ml.
