The Brilliant Carmen by Priority Bicycles is a low-maintenance urban cruiser designed for casual rides through the neighborhood, campus commutes, and beachside excursions. Available in Small and Medium frame sizes and offered in Marigold Yellow and Positano Teal colorways, the Carmen features a pearlescent finish with chrome accents, a brown leather-look saddle and grips, and smooth welds that give it a polished, retro-inspired appearance.

The standout feature of the Carmen is its Gates Carbon Drive belt drivetrain, which is completely grease-free and requires virtually no maintenance—you can ride in any clothes without worrying about chain grease. Power is transmitted to a 3-speed Shimano Nexus internally geared rear hub, operated via a simple grip-shift mechanism. The three gears function as easy, all-purpose, and hard settings, with the middle gear handling the vast majority of riding conditions. The bike rolls on 700 x 32c tires and stops with front and rear V-brakes.

The frame is constructed from 1020 steel and features a split top tube for easier carrying and mounting. The Carmen weighs approximately 28 lbs and is sized for riders with inseams of 28" to 36" depending on frame size. The bike ships mostly assembled from a Pennsylvania warehouse and requires only 30 to 60 minutes of final assembly using included tools.
