Domaine des Diables MIP (Made in Provence) Rosé is a classic dry Provençal rosé from the Côtes de Provence AOC in southern France, produced at the foot of the iconic Sainte-Victoire mountain. The "MiP" name pays homage to the region's proud winemaking tradition and the estate's commitment to expressing authentic Provence character.

The wine is crafted from a blend of 60% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, and 20% Grenache — the traditional grapes of Provence rosé. After cold fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for approximately four months, resulting in a pale candy-pink color with a fresh, minerally nose of red berries, hawthorn, and citrus. On the palate it is crisp, bright, and clean, with flavors of peach, stone fruit, and ripe red berries balanced by vibrant acidity and a smooth, refreshing finish.
