The Cathiard Vineyard Hora Red Blend is a prestigious Napa Valley wine crafted by Florence and Daniel Cathiard, the proprietors of Bordeaux's legendary Château Smith Haut Lafitte. Established in January 2020, Cathiard Vineyard is situated in the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains across St. Helena and Rutherford, bringing a refined Bordeaux-inspired sensibility to California's premier wine region.

The Hora bottling is a harmonious blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 10% Malbec, aged in 60% new French oak. Layers of dark fruit, spice, and earth unfold on the palate, revealing notes of mixed cherries, blueberries, milk chocolate, and mint with coffee-tinged accents on the finish. The fine, resolved tannins lend a velvety texture and a structure well-suited to aging.
