Frico by Scarpetta is a Sangiovese-based red wine from Tuscany, Italy, crafted by the Scarpetta winery. It is part of the Toscana IGT designation and draws on Tuscany's centuries-long tradition with Sangiovese blends.

The wine is composed primarily of Sangiovese with small amounts of indigenous Tuscan grapes including Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, and Colorino. It displays aromas of sour cherry, cranberry, and dried herbs, with a palate that balances crisp tart cherry with the characteristic herbal notes of great Tuscan red wine.
