Montinore Estate Borealis is an aromatic white blend from the Willamette Valley in Oregon, produced by one of the largest certified Biodynamic estate wineries in the United States. Established in 1982, Montinore Estate farms over 200 acres of Demeter Certified Biodynamic and CCOF Certified Organic vineyards in the northern Willamette Valley.

The Borealis blend is composed of Müller-Thurgau (35%), Gewürztraminer (29%), Riesling (24%), and Pinot Gris (12%), showcasing cool-climate aromatic varieties. The wine offers heady scents of orange blossom, ripe honeydew, guava, and kiwi, with a palate of stone fruit, Meyer lemon, juicy pear, and a hint of caramel. It is gently off-dry with bright acidity that keeps it balanced and refreshing.

The Borealis pairs beautifully with grilled scallops, Chinese dumplings, spicy Asian cuisine, and soft cheeses.
