This 1-gallon (128 oz) jar is crafted using locally selected ingredients and age-old traditional methods, featuring a blend of whole tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, and aromatic spices including turmeric, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and fenugreek leaves. The medium spice level provides authentic tikka masala flavor without overwhelming heat.
