Marqués del Silvo Gran Reserva is a premium aged red wine from the renowned Rioja DOCa region of Spain. Crafted by Bodega Marqués del Silvo, one of Rioja's historic pillars, this wine is estate grown and bottled from Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes sourced from bush vines over seventy years old. The winery's 150 hectares of vineyards sit along the Ebro River on clayey-calcareous soils, cultivated using organic and sustainable farming practices with no artificial irrigation.

This Gran Reserva is aged for a minimum of thirty months in a combination of French and American medium-toast oak barrels, followed by at least twenty-four months of bottle aging before release. It presents a bright garnet color with perfumed aromas of blackberry, licorice, wild herbs, and elegant vanilla. The palate reveals dark fruit flavors of black cherry and ripe plum, complemented by notes of chocolate, leather, cedar, and balsamic, with fine-grained, well-integrated tannins and a smooth yet structured mouthfeel leading to an extremely long finish. Alcohol content is 14%. Contains sulfites.
