Hermosa Organic Silver Tequila is a USDA certified organic, true farm-to-bottle, artisan distilled small-batch blanco tequila from the Los Valles region of Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico. A resurrected brand originally dating back to 1939, it is crafted at Tequila Las Américas (NOM 1480), a third-generation family-owned distillery that honors traditional, old-fashioned methods with zero additives, no glycerin, no caramel coloring, no commercial yeast, and no artificial enhancements.

Made from only two ingredients — single estate USDA certified organic Tequilana Weber Blue Agave and deep well water filtered through 400 feet of mineral-rich volcanic soil — each agave plant grows at nearly 5,000 feet above sea level and takes 8 to 12 years to reach peak maturity before being hand-harvested by skilled jimadors using a traditional coa. The harvested piñas are slow-cooked for 48 hours in a stone horno (traditional oven), crushed with a trapiche to extract the aguamiel, fermented naturally with wild airborne yeast, and then double-distilled in small stainless steel and copper alembic stills.

The Silver (Blanco) expression is unaged, delivering impeccable clarity and a brilliantly crystal clear appearance. On the nose, fresh floral and citrus aromas are complemented by inviting fresh fruit tones. The palate offers crisp, clean cooked agave with a hint of citrus and extraordinarily balanced minerality, finishing pure and fresh. Bottled at 40% ABV.
