The winery blends approximately 93% Cabernet Sauvignon with 7% Merlot to add layers of blue fruit complexity to the wine's core character.

The 2021 vintage expresses generous mountain fruit with aromas of cassis, maraschino cherry, and hints of flint. The palate delivers dense black fruit — blackberry, black cherry, and cedary spice — framed by velvety mountain tannins that are a hallmark of the estate vineyard.
