Domaine Mickaël Mothe Chablis Grand Cru is a prestigious white Burgundy wine from the Chablis appellation in France, produced by a family-owned estate that has been passed down through generations. The 17-hectare domaine is planted exclusively with Chardonnay and is known for producing dry, crystal clear, lively, and elegant white wines.

The Grand Cru bottling is sourced from the Bougros climat, situated in the northwest corner of the Grand Cru slope with a remarkable southeast exposure and the steepest incline of all the Grand Cru sites. Vines range from 15 to 65 years old, providing optimal sun exposure and excellent drainage. The lime-clay soils formed during the Jurassic era feature the distinctive Kimmeridgean layer characteristic of the Chablis region.

Effusively honeyed and spicy on the nose, this full-bodied, rich, and complex wine offers succulent, generously exotic dried tropical fruit and lime flavors, with barrel-derived notes of butterscotch, caramel, and hazelnut. Made from 100% Chardonnay at 12.5% alcohol by volume, this wine is delicious upon release but will reward an additional 5–10 years of cellaring. Sold in cases of 12 × 750ML bottles.
