Appleton Estate 8 Year Old Reserve is a premium aged Jamaican rum crafted by Master Blender Joy Spence to commemorate the estate's 250th anniversary. This blend of pot still and column still rums is aged a minimum of 8 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica's Nassau Valley, made with Jamaican limestone-filtered water and no added flavors.

The rum displays a brilliant honeyed bronze color with a subtle green ring of ageing. On the nose, it reveals aromas of spicy fruit and oak, followed by hints of honey, vanilla, holiday spice, and Appleton Estate's signature orange peel note. The palate is exceptionally smooth and balanced, finishing with hints of molasses and warm oak. Bottled at 43% ABV, this is considered Appleton Estate's most versatile expression of aged rum.

Inspired by the vibrancy of Jamaica, its land, and the joyful nature of its people, the 8 Year Old Reserve has earned recognition including a Gold Medal with 91 points at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It pairs well with beef and chocolate, and is featured in classic cocktails like the Mai Tai.
