Quattro Theory Sauvignon Blanc is a premier white wine from Napa Valley, crafted by winemaker Landon Donley and sourced from the estate Mary's Vineyard in Calistoga. This vineyard contains some of the oldest Sauvignon Blanc plantings in Napa Valley, with vines over 30 years old. The old vines contribute concentration while younger plantings add vibrance, and a small amount of estate-grown Semillon lends roundness and texture to the final blend.

Every step of the winemaking process is designed to heighten the natural aromatics, flavor, and vibrant acidity characteristic of the varietal. Fruit is chilled, then whole-cluster pressed over two hours with 23 check-ins to isolate the ideal press fraction. The result is a wine that is brilliant and vibrant, packed with citrus notes of limes and lemons, grassy nuances, and a touch of salinity that delivers mouthwatering freshness.
