Chattanooga Whiskey Founder's Blend is a commemorative Tennessee bourbon celebrating the distillery's anniversary. This 100 proof (50% ABV) expression is a blend of three straight bourbon whiskeys distilled in both Chattanooga, Tennessee and Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The blend features the original law-changing "1816" recipe alongside the signature "Barrel 91" Tennessee High Malt recipe and whiskeys from their unique Infinity Barrel.

The whiskey uses a distinctive solera-style finishing process with three charred oak solera barrels, creating a complex marriage of traditional and innovative mash bills. The bourbon is non-chill filtered and aged greater than 3 years in 53-gallon toasted and charred oak barrels. Tasting notes include root beer float, black cherry, toasted oak, and toffee bar on the nose, with a full-bodied finish featuring notes of cedar and sweet smoke.

Chattanooga Whiskey was founded in 2011 when the company successfully challenged century-old distilling laws to bring whiskey production back to Chattanooga for the first time in 100 years.
