Babylonstoren Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied red wine from one of the oldest Cape Dutch farms in the Western Cape region of South Africa. Sourced from the Simonsberg-Paarl appellation, the wine is crafted under the philosophy of producing elegant, balanced wines as naturally as possible.

The bouquet opens with rich dark berry fruit, cherries, and cassis at its core, accented by a savoury edge of wild herbs, graphite, and cedar. On the palate, the wine is dense and multi-layered with plump blackcurrant and dark cherry fruit, notes of bramble, cocoa, and sweet cedar, supported by well-rounded, fine-grained tannins and a lingering finish. Winemaker Klaas Stoffberg, who bottled the estate's first wines in 2011, brings a commitment to terroir-driven expression and restraint. Each bottle is 750 ml.
