Part of Redbreast's celebrated American Oak series, this expression begins with the brand's signature whiskey profile — triple distilled and matured in a combination of American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry butts — before being re-casked for an additional ten months in virgin Missouri Oak barrels. The oak for these finishing casks is sourced from the Ozark forests of Missouri, imparting a unique and captivating character to the renowned Redbreast liquid. Bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV).

On the nose, generous waves of sweet toffee apple and vanilla open first, closely followed by ripe blackcurrants and black cherries. The American oak enhances the pot still spices with additional notes of cinnamon and ground ginger, while nutty undertones akin to pecan pie linger gently in the background. On the palate, rich oak tannins slowly subside, giving way to a luscious and creamy texture.
