Fabio Oberto La Collina di Dioniso is a Barolo DOCG from Piedmont, Italy, produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in La Morra. This project represents winemaker Fabio Oberto's own estate venture, launched after 22 years working alongside his father at the family's renowned Andrea Oberto winery.

The wine is aged 26 months in old oak casks of 8 to 10 years, followed by 6 months of bottle refinement. It delivers aromas and flavors of cherry pie, plum, and leather, with notes of licorice, bitumen, and dried flowers. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with a dense, concentrated structure and grainy but ripe tannins, finishing with hints of spice, dried flowers, and a mineral note. Best enjoyed from 2028 onward.
