Cantella's Bacon Wrapped Bratwurst brings together two grilling classics in one satisfying link. A smoked bratwurst is wrapped in fresh bacon, delivering bold, savory flavor and the satisfying crispness of bacon in every bite. These gluten-free links are made fresh and never frozen, and are ready to cook straight out of the pack — making them ideal for tailgating, backyard BBQs, and family dinners.

Each 36 oz package contains 12 links. These versatile brats can be prepared on the stovetop, grill, or in the oven. On the stovetop, cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for 15–18 minutes, turning occasionally until the bacon is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. On the grill, place in a shallow disposable aluminum tray over medium heat for 18–20 minutes, turning occasionally. In the oven, bake at 400°F on a foil-lined baking sheet for 25–30 minutes. Do not leave bacon items unattended on the grill — watch for flare-ups.
