Champagne Mandois Rosé Grande Réserve is a distinguished non-vintage Brut Rosé Champagne from the renowned Mandois house, based in Pierry in the heart of the Champagne region of France. This elegant rosé is crafted using the traditional Saignée method, in which grapes undergo brief maceration with the skins to achieve its deep, vibrant color and intensely fruity character.

The blend is composed of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Meunier, aged approximately 2.5 years before release to develop complexity and depth. On the nose, it offers fresh red fruits — raspberry, redcurrant, and wild strawberry — followed by notes of sour cherry, blood orange, white pepper, ginger, and buttered brioche. On the palate, it is silky and well-defined, with wild strawberry and candied orange peel complementing a pleasantly tart finish. The finish is long and persistent with refined sweetness.

Best served chilled at 6–8°C, this champagne is ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood dishes and fresh berry desserts. Each bottle contains 750ml.
