Wild-caught Chilean Sea Bass, also known as Patagonian Toothfish, sold previously frozen by the pound. This premium fish is prized for its buttery, flaky texture and delicate, mild flavor that remains moist even when cooked. MSC Certified Sustainable Seafood sourced exclusively from certified fisheries in Macquarie Island, Falkland Islands, South Georgia, and Heard and McDonald Islands.

Chilean Sea Bass has a naturally high oil content that keeps it tender and prevents it from drying out during cooking. The fish is hand-trimmed, skinless, and boneless for convenience. Each piece includes full traceability information linking back to the specific FAO fishing area and vessel that caught it. Often called the "Filet Mignon of the Sea" due to its exceptional quality and rich taste.
