Scarecrow Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a critically acclaimed red wine from the Rutherford appellation of Napa Valley, California, sold as a set of three 750ML bottles in an original wooden case. The wine is sourced from a single estate vineyard on the western edge of Rutherford, nestled against the Mayacamas mountain range, and is primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with small additions of Petit Verdot and Malbec.

This full-bodied wine opens with profound aromas of blackcurrant jelly, plum preserves, boysenberries, cinnamon stick, rosebud tea, anise, and incense. The palate is tightly wound with firm, grainy tannins and exceptional tension, delivering intense baking spice and mineral-laced black fruit flavors with a long, elegant finish. The wine is deep garnet-purple in color, ripe and velvety, with ample density and concentration balanced by a sense of freshness.
