Gusto Brazil Cheese Bread Dough is an authentic frozen pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) dough made from a centuries-old Brazilian recipe. Each bag delivers warm, crispy rolls with a soft, chewy, cheesy interior — the signature texture of traditional pão de queijo — made with tapioca flour and real mozzarella cheese.
The dough bakes directly from frozen with no thawing required. Space rolls about 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet, preheat oven to 375°F, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. For an air fryer, use 350-375°F for 12-15 minutes. The product is non-microwavable. Each 2.2 lb (1 kg) bag contains approximately 25 servings of 2 rolls each, making it ideal for snacking, appetizers, or as a side dish.
This cheese bread is 100% naturally gluten-free (made with tapioca flour, not wheat), non-GMO, sugar-free, trans fat-free, all natural, and low in carbohydrates. Since 2016, Gusto Brazil has distributed this beloved Brazilian snack to restaurants and retailers in more than 30 states across the USA.
