La Fête du Rosé is a Côtes de Provence rosé wine from southern France, produced in partnership with Château Saint-Maur, one of 18 Cru Classé estates in Provence. The wine is crafted through sustainable, pesticide-free agriculture and is certified vegan.

The blend draws on seven grape varieties — Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle, and Mourvèdre — yielding a well-balanced dry rosé with 13% ABV. On the nose it offers scents of freshly picked forest fruits with notes of salinity, reminiscent of a summer evening on the beach. On the palate it delivers vibrant strawberry, grenadine, and currant with a finish of remarkable freshness.

Pairs well with beef skewers, marinated pork chops, steamed salmon, and fresh strawberries.
