Louis Dailly Fondateur Chardonnay Chablis is a classic French white wine sourced from the Chablis appellation, the northernmost wine-growing region in Burgundy. Made entirely from Chardonnay, this AOC Chablis expression carries the signature minerality and crisp acidity that the region is celebrated for, shaped by the area's ancient Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in marine fossils.

The "Fondateur" designation honors the founding heritage of the Louis Dailly estate, a French producer known for crafting wines across several Burgundy appellations including Chablis, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Saint-Véran. This Chardonnay is dry and elegant, typically exhibiting aromas of green apple, lemon zest, flint, and chalk, with a clean, refreshing finish. It pairs well with seafood, oysters, grilled fish, sushi, and soft cheeses.

Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ml. Serve chilled between 10–12°C (50–54°F).
