Fiddler Wheated Bourbon is the flagship wheated bourbon from ASW Distillery, Atlanta's acclaimed craft whiskey producer. It is a small-batch marriage of two distinct bourbons: a foraged high-wheat bourbon (51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley) column-distilled in Indiana, and a high-malt bourbon (56% corn, 44% various malts) hand-distilled on ASW's traditional double copper pot stills manufactured by Vendome Copper & Brass Works in Georgia. Each batch blends just four barrels at a time, with a portion of each batch double-oaked for added depth and a smooth-sipping character.

Aged a minimum of six years in new 53-gallon char 3 & 4 American white oak barrels at a fill proof of 115–125, the whiskey is then slow-diluted and bottled at 90 proof. It is non chill-filtered and contains no added color, preserving its natural character. The result is a smooth everyday bourbon with tasting notes of toffee, clove, and citrus — equally at home around a campfire, at a concert, or in a classic Old Fashioned.

The Fiddler name honors ASW Master Distiller Justin Manglitz, an accomplished old-time string music fiddler.
