The Giribaldi Campo del Pesco is a Nebbiolo Langhe DOC red wine from the Mario Giribaldi family estate in Piedmont, Italy. The grapes are sourced from a 2.10-hectare vineyard in Rodello, in the heart of the Langa, situated at 500 meters above sea level with southern exposure on lean, marl-calcareous soils ideal for Nebbiolo.

The vineyard is planted exclusively with Nebbiolo using Guyot training at approximately 5,300 vines per hectare, with Italian clonal material (Lancia and Michet). Vinification involves maceration on the skins for 10 days at around 28°C with regular pumping over and punching down, followed by approximately 300 days aging in stainless steel tanks before bottling. The wine rests in glass for at least six additional months before release, preserving the pure, unoaked character of the Nebbiolo grape.

The wine shows a ruby color with a clean, vinous aroma of considerable breadth, offering notes of rose, raspberry, balsamic accents, and great olfactory finesse. On the palate it is dry, full, harmonious, and round with young tannins, fruit in syrup, hints of cinnamon and red fruit jam, very balanced tones, and excellent persistence. It pairs excellently with first courses, red meats, bagna cauda, grilled meats, and aged cheeses. Serve at 18–20°C.
