Charles de Grimont Chablis is a classic French white wine from the Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France, crafted entirely from Chardonnay grapes. Chablis is renowned for producing some of the world's most distinctive expressions of Chardonnay, characterized by its cool continental climate and unique Kimmeridgian limestone soils, which impart a signature mineral, flinty character.

This wine typically displays a pale golden color with aromas of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, complemented by the hallmark steely minerality that defines authentic Chablis.
