Widow Jane Baby Jane Bourbon is a small-batch, hand-assembled blend of straight bourbons distilled at Widow Jane Distillery in historic Red Hook, Brooklyn, and in Kentucky. Made using Widow Jane's own proprietary "Baby Jane" heirloom corn—painstakingly cultivated over years with only the finest kernels selected for growth—this 750ml bottle delivers a truly distinctive American bourbon experience.

Bottled at 45.5% ABV (91 proof), Baby Jane is non-chill filtered and proofed with mineral water drawn from the legendary Rosendale mines of New York, a hallmark of the Widow Jane brand. The whiskey is aged 4–6 years in new, charred American oak barrels before being blended in small batches in Brooklyn, with production totaling 15,000 cases for national distribution.

The nose opens with salty air, green grape, honeycomb, and cream soda. On the palate, expect strawberries and cream taffy, salted caramel, fresh fig, allspice, and café au lait. The finish carries peach compote, star anise, soft pretzel, and milk chocolate—a light, fruit-forward, and highly approachable sip.

Awarded Best in Show and Gold at the Great American International Spirits Challenge in the American Craft Whiskey category, Baby Jane represents a landmark release as Widow Jane's first nationally distributed bourbon to include whiskey distilled in-house at their Brooklyn facility.
