Le Preare Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a rich Italian red wine produced by Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, a historic cooperative winery established in 1933 in the Valpolicella Classica region of Veneto, Italy. Made using the traditional Ripasso method, where Corvina-based wine is re-fermented on Amarone grape pomace, this wine develops deeper complexity and fuller body.

The wine presents an intense ruby red color with aromas of spices, ripe red fruit, and plum. On the palate, it offers pleasant chocolate notes and a smooth, well-structured finish. It pairs excellently with red meats — boiled, grilled, or braised — as well as pasta dishes, including those with black truffles. Best served at 16°–18°C (61°–64°F).

Cantina Valpolicella Negrar is a cooperative of 230 member families cultivating over 700 hectares of vineyards, with all vineyard work done by hand to preserve the local environment and biodiversity.
