Quixote Panza Red Blend is a Petite Sirah-based red wine from the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley, California. Panza is the second label from Quixote Winery, crafted from organically farmed estate fruit and made available through retail channels outside the winery.

The wine displays notes of rhubarb, black tea, dark fruits, violets, and orange blossom with a whisper of cacao and coffee. Tannins are well-integrated, revealing a dense, massive structure with a dark, inky appearance. This is a serious wine built for aging, with the potential to develop over 20 or more years.
