Domaine Mickaël Mothe Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume is a distinguished white Burgundy wine from the renowned Fourchaume vineyard in the Chablis appellation. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on Kimmeridgean limestone soils with southern to southeastern exposure, this wine is crafted by a family-owned estate spanning 17 hectares in the Serein valley.

The vineyard is cultivated with sustainable practices including organic manure and precise ploughing techniques. Fermentation takes place over 15 days at a controlled 19°C in stainless steel tanks, followed by 9 months of maturation to preserve purity and expression.

Rich aromas of lemon and grapefruit lead to a perfectly dry palate with flinty minerality and good length. Pairs excellently with scallops, fish in sauce, and white meats. Can be enjoyed now or cellared for 6 to 8 years. 13% alcohol by volume. 750 mL bottle.
