Broadside Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is a sustainably farmed red wine blend composed of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 6% Merlot, and 3% Petit Sirah. The 2022 vintage offers inviting aromas of violets, pomegranate, herbes de Provence, cedar, and baker's chocolate, with a soft mouthfeel featuring concentrated flavors of plum, cherry cola, and blackberry pie filling supported by melting, dusty tannins. The grapes are sourced from SIP-certified vineyards in Paso Robles and aged in a combination of 25% new French oak and 40% neutral French oak barrels. At 13.5% alcohol, this medium-bodied Cabernet pairs well with baked feta and plum tomatoes drizzled with olive oil over pasta.
