Tooth & Nail Sauvignon Blanc is a Central Coast white wine crafted by Tooth & Nail Wine Co. in the Willow Creek District AVA of Paso Robles, California. This 750 mL bottle features 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from select Central Coast vineyards, including Paso Robles and Edna Valley.

The wine is electric from the glass with aromas of citrus, pineapple, and fleshy peach stone. The mouthfeel is luscious and refreshing, showing flavors of kiwi and green apple with wet slate minerality. Fresh acidity and herbaceous green grass accents linger on the finish with vivid varietal expression. Fermentation is performed in a mix of stainless steel tanks, French oak barrels, a large oak foudre, and a concrete egg, creating textural complexity. The fruit undergoes destemmed skin contact to enhance thiol development and elevate the mouthfeel, and the wine is aged on its fermentation lees until bottling.

Tooth & Nail farms their vineyards with organic practices, utilizes hand labor for weed abatement, and practices deficit irrigation for water conservation. They pledge 1% of profits to "1% for the Planet."
