The MIU Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Wok is a professional-grade 13-inch cooking vessel constructed with high-quality 18/8 stainless steel featuring a 3-layer cladded metal construction for excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution. The wok has no chemical coating and is PTFE-free and PFAS-free, with a highly polished food-grade cooking surface that won't react with food. It features a stay-cool long handle with a helper handle for safe maneuvering and comes with a thick 5mm tempered glass lid cover for monitoring cooking progress.

The set includes one 13-inch tri-ply stainless steel wok, one tempered glass lid cover, and one stainless steel wok turner spatula. The wok's wide and deep design makes it ideal for a variety of cooking techniques including deep frying, broiling, sautéing, braising, and stir-frying.
