Wente Vineyards Mt. Diablo Highlands Red Blend is a California red wine from the Central Coast appellation, crafted by America's oldest continuously operated family-owned winery. Founded in 1883 and now in its fifth generation, the Wente family has devoted over 140 years to producing wines from their Central Coast vineyards.

Part of the Coastal Vineyard Series, this red blend is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Barbera, Tempranillo, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. The wine presents inviting aromas of red fruit highlighted by bright, fresh plum and red cherry, with subtle notes of toffee and coffee bean intertwining with a delicate undercurrent of white pepper. Medium-bodied and well-balanced, the palate delivers a harmonious fusion of red and black berry flavors with a touch of oak and warm spice. The seamless finish lingers gracefully, showcasing the balance between fruitiness and a touch of spice. Alcohol: 13.5–14%.
