Brewer's Crackers Rosemary Pita Chips are baked pita chips made with upcycled spent grains from the craft beer brewing process. Each chip delivers a perfect balance of herbaceous rosemary flavor paired with the nutty, earthy notes of sprouted barley and wheat. The 24 oz bag contains 24 single-ounce servings (about 12 chips each), making it an ideal pantry snack for entertaining or everyday munching.
Founded by Kyle Fiasconaro and distributed by Fiasconaro Foods, LLC of Somerville, MA, Brewer's Crackers is a family-owned, Made-in-USA brand on a mission to fight food waste. The company rescues spent brewer's grains—a byproduct discarded after steeping barley and wheat to make beer—and upcycles them into chips and crackers. The sprouting process unlocks valuable nutrients locked in those grains, including amino acids, protein, fiber, and vitamins, making these chips more nourishing than conventional pita chips. The brand carries Upcycled Food Association certification. These chips pair wonderfully with cheeses, hummus, and dips, or stand on their own as a satisfying snack.
