Nicasio Valley Locarno is a certified organic farmstead soft-ripened brie-style cheese handcrafted with fresh pasteurized organic cow's milk. Made in 8-inch wheels and aged for at least 5 weeks, it features a creamy interior around the rind with a chalky center that becomes creamier as it ages or warms to room temperature.
Ingredients: Cultured, Pasteurized Organic Milk, Salt, Enzymes. The cheese uses animal rennet and is USDA Organic certified by CCOF. Each package contains a 6 oz. wedge.
