The Cooked Bratwurst is a delicately-seasoned pork sausage, one of the most popular types in Germany. Weisswurst is a time-honored Bavarian specialty made from a very fine grind of pork and veal, flavored with parsley and traditionally served at Oktoberfest. The Uncured Knackwurst is a thick, short frankfurter with special seasoning and natural casing.

All three varieties are made with humanely raised pork and contain 2% or less of sea salt, spices, dried vinegar, cultured onion, lemon juice powder, dextrose, cultured cane sugar, cultured celery juice powder, and oleoresin paprika.
