Purple Hands Haakon/Lenai Vineyard Chardonnay from the Dundee Hills AVA in Oregon's Willamette Valley. This wine is produced from a 35-acre certified organic vineyard with southeast-facing exposure and 100% volcanic Jory soil, ranging in elevation from 400 to 700 feet. The vineyard, originally planted in 1998 and previously known as Thistle Vineyard, dedicates 5 acres to Chardonnay.

Purple Hands was founded in 2005 by winemaker Cody Wright and specializes in authentically Oregon Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Haakon/Lenai vineyard is named after the middle names of Cody and Marque Wright's children. The Chardonnay from this site delivers oyster shell and salty peach flavors with suggestions of Meyer lemon and brioche on the palate. 750ML bottle.
