Atanasio Blanco Tequila is a premium, additive-free blanco tequila crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, specifically from the small town of San Pedro de los Landeros near the town of Tequila. The brand pays homage to Tio Atanasio, an agave farmer who lived to be 103 years old — the name Atanasio means "immortal" in Spanish and Greek.

This small-batch tequila is double-distilled using an alembic still, then rested in stainless steel vats for 15 days to preserve the characteristic purity of the agave. The result is a clear, transparent spirit with silver hints and prominent notes of cooked agave and black pepper. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it is free of additives and produced under NOM-1599.
