Senderos de Ukan is a red wine produced by Ukan Winery in Rioja Alavesa, Spain, under the D.O.Ca. Rioja designation. It represents the most accessible expression of Ukan's vineyards, crafted from a careful selection of Tempranillo plots sourced from multiple villages across Rioja Alavesa.

The wine is made with minimal intervention and a hands-on approach: grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, then fermented with maceration in concrete tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. It is aged in Bordeaux barrels for 12 to 14 months depending on the vintage, resulting in a balanced, fruit-forward style with freshness and elegance. Ukan Winery is a project of the younger generation of the Eguren family, led by Koldo Eguren with enological collaboration from his cousin Eduardo, following a Bordeaux-inspired model focused on small-batch, quality-driven production.

Expect aromas of spiced cherries, ripe berries, and stone fruit with hints of bay leaf and olives. The palate is juicy and medium-bodied with chalky tannins and a silky, elegant finish.
