La Croix de Beaucaillou is a Bordeaux red wine from the prestigious Saint-Julien appellation, produced by Château Ducru-Beaucaillou, one of the Médoc's iconic Second Growth estates owned by the Borie family. First created in 1995 by Bruno Borie, this cuvée is crafted from vines located further inland near Château Talbot, separate from the vines used for the grand vin, offering outstanding quality and typicity from the Saint-Julien terroir.

The 2021 vintage is a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, and 4% Petit Verdot. This vintage delivers gorgeous blue fruit flavors with graphite and minerality, presenting a deep, medium-bodied, concentrated, and remarkably pure style that exemplifies classic Saint-Julien character. Critics have scored the 2021 La Croix de Beaucaillou at 91/100, recognizing it as one of the finest expressions of the vintage at this level.

Saint-Julien wines are celebrated for balancing the feminine finesse of Margaux with the powerful structure of Pauillac, producing well-structured tannins complemented by significant dark fruit character.
