Château Pédesclaux is a Fifth Growth Bordeaux from Pauillac, classified as a Grand Cru Classé in 1855. This red wine is crafted from a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. The estate is fully committed to organic viticulture, certified organic since 2022, with vineyards farmed using environmentally responsible methods under the Lorenzetti family's stewardship. The 45-hectare vineyard features gravel terroir over clay subsoil, with prime parcels neighboring Châteaux Lafite Rothschild, Mouton Rothschild, and Pontet Canet.

The estate has been dramatically improving since the Lorenzetti family acquired it in 2009, with recent vintages (2015 and newer) representing a significant quality upgrade.
