La Sirène de Giscours is the second wine of Château Giscours, one of Margaux's most celebrated Grand Cru Classé estates in Bordeaux, France. The 2021 vintage is a classic Margaux Bordeaux blend crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes, vinified with the same philosophy and exacting standards applied to the flagship Château Giscours label.

The wine is characterized by enticing ripe berry aromas, beautiful freshness on the palate, and silky tannins that melt into a creamy, elegant texture. Blackberry fruits, ripe spice, and fine acidity give the wine both open richness and structure. Grapes undergo optical and manual sorting before fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels with approximately 50% new oak for around 15 months.

Versatile enough to enjoy upon release, La Sirène de Giscours 2021 also has excellent aging potential for cellaring. The name and label pay homage to a historic mermaid crest associated with the Giscours estate, connecting the wine to centuries of Bordeaux winemaking tradition. Approximately 13% ABV.
