Cristom Vineyards Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a celebrated Oregon red wine produced by one of the Willamette Valley's most acclaimed estates. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, Cristom has appeared on the Wine & Spirits Top 100 list eleven times in twelve consecutive years and is renowned for its estate vineyards—Eileen, Jessie, Louise, Marjorie, and Paul Gerrie—farmed with biodynamic principles under the guidance of winemaker Daniel Estrin, an alum of Littorai.

This Willamette Valley bottling blends fruit from Cristom's iconic Eola-Amity Hills estate vineyards with carefully selected grapes from partner growers in Dundee and Ribbon Ridge. The wine presents a bright ruby color with aromas of dark cherry, crushed cranberry, and black plum, accented by a hint of hibiscus tea. On the palate it is vibrant and lifted, with elegant structure, wildflower notes, and a touch of spice on the long finish. ABV is approximately 13.5%. Best enjoyed now through 2030, and pairs well with salmon, roasted chicken, duck, lamb, and soft cheeses.
