Hoard's Dairyman Belaire is a Port Salut-style cheese crafted from rich, pure Guernsey milk exclusively from the Hoard's Dairyman Farm. This exquisite, mild, and classic cheese features a creamy, subtle flavor and soft, welcoming texture. The pale yellow interior is highlighted with a distinctive bright orange rind.

Trappist monks in the French coastal province of Brittany created the original Port Salut variety in the early 19th century. Today, master cheesemakers continue this tradition with Belaire, which is named in honor of Captain Belaire, the first to bring Guernsey cattle to the United States. The cheese keeps well when securely wrapped and refrigerated.

Ideal for formal occasions or casual enjoyment, Belaire can be sliced and enjoyed on its own, with crackers, or with fruit. It pairs exceptionally well with white wine for an extraordinary tasting experience.
