McCain 1/2" Crinkle Cut French Fries are a foodservice-grade frozen potato product sold in a bulk case of six 5-pound bags (30 lbs total). These Grade A fancy crinkle cut fries feature a classic ridged shape with a 1/2-inch cut profile, delivering a crispy exterior and fluffy interior when cooked.

Designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, delis, and food trucks, these fries require no scratch prep and cook from frozen in approximately 3 to 3.5 minutes at 350°F in a deep fryer. McCain's crinkle cut style holds up well under heat lamps and during extended service periods.
