Provenance Vineyards' Deadeye Chardonnay is a classic Monterey County white wine sourced from the San Lucas AVA, a picturesque valley in the Santa Lucia Range that opens to the Pacific Ocean. This region benefits from California's largest diurnal temperature variation, where cool, moist Pacific air and morning fog limit direct sunlight and temperatures, creating ideal conditions for cool-climate Chardonnay.

The wine offers ripe tropical aromas of pineapple softened by notes of baked apple and brioche. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with layers of peaches and Asian pears, finishing long and smooth with a sumptuous mouthfeel. It pairs well with seafood, poultry, pork, spicy curry-based dishes, and lightly aged sheep's milk cheeses. Sold individually in a 750ML bottle.
